She is an entrepreneurship development expert with over 17 years’ progressive experience designing and implementing entrepreneurship programmes and working with youth, women, and SME entrepreneurs to help them start and grow sustainable businesses.

Ms. Caroline is the Director Operations & Administration. She has over 15 years’ professional experience in leadership, business development, financial management, strategy, customer relationship management and team building. Caroline has vast experience working with, coaching and mentoring ‘Chama’/investment groups, entrepreneurs, youth, women and business leaders.

Dr. Joan Mwirigi is a result -oriented business advisor with more than 15 years of experience in strategic planning and execution. She possesses expertise in entrepreneurship growth, strategic partnerships development, stakeholder and relationship management, capacity building, trade finance, credit risk management and business planning. She has nurtured multiple SMEs across diverse sectors.
